Return an item I bought as a guest

I need to return an item for a refund. I bought it as a guest instead of on my account. I have tried about everything on here to contact eBay or the seller and not having any luck. eBay sends me a email which is supposed to have an attachment but it never has an attachment with it. I have my order number and still the original email where I purchased the item.

How to open a return request (as a guest)

1. Select View order details in your order confirmation email.
2. Select Return item.
3. Select your reason for the return and select Next.
4. You can add a message to the seller and also upload up to 10 photos showing the item's condition.
5. Select Confirm return.
