The seller has provide a refund, but did not provide a shipping label to use. I've sent 4 requests to the seller regarding the missing shipping label without success.
How do I handle this situation?

If the seller has refunded you without sending a return label, then the seller doesn't want to pay to have it returned.
It's all good.

If they have already refunded then you do not send the item back
