Return Request denied!

So the buyer opened a return request lying about my item, ignoring my description and no return policy, and the most ridiculous of all saying "it smelled like pot". This buyer also has 0 feedback and bought the item the same day they created their account. After I sent a message clearly showing I sent exactly what they ordered with proof the buyer closed the return request the next day!

All I had to do was respond with facts and the buyer caved in because he expected an easy return.

This is why you shouldn't automatically give a full refund just because the buyer wants to return it.

You may have missed some facts when you read the Money Back Guarantee.

If/when a buyer opens an item not as described case, your "no return policy" does not matter.
