Can we get better service on return labels? Two selectable options, UPS and USPS and show return cost pricing. These are large items. Comparable outbound be like $28 UPS vs $76 USPS. So return rates I'm sure are similar, but I have no idea. Uploading own labels. Not knowing the rates on eBay is very unhelpful.
Another thing if buyer pays return, those rates are still going be high with USPS vs UPS. Not including UPS hurts the buyers. Of course then, we get more risk for bad review.
