Return Labels

I am a seller trying to send a label to a buyer who needs to return the item, but I do not know how to do that.  Could anyone please give me instructions?  Thanks.

Hi @Anonymous 

You'll see the option to provide a shipping label in the return request the buyer filed.  If they haven't filed a formal request ... then ask that they do that.

If they can't get the label that is their problem.

Have they actually opened a case?

Has the buyer actually opened a return case or are they just telling you they want to return?....
