Hello.

I ordered shoes at 4/10/2022.

Until now I didnt receive my order.

I send many emails for asking where my order and asring to refund .

I didnt recieve any unswer.

In the listing where you made your purchase, you saw a last estimated delivery date for the shoes.  If/when you've not received your purchase within a few days past that date, you have 30 days to open an Item Not Received Case with eBay.  

ALL buyers (as well as sellers) need to read eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers.  It's seen in every listing and clearly  outlines a buyer's options if/when a transaction goes wrong.

BTW, I assume your date of  purchase was October 4 (rathr than April 10).

Perhaps I did not make myself clear.  Go to your Purchase History and find this purchase.  There will be a drop down menu.  One of the items will be "did not receive" or something like that.  Click on that.  Again, you have only 30 days past the last estimated delivery date to do this with eBay.  

Also, that # is NOT the item number.  If you want to give us the actual item #, we might be able to comment further.

I received many information from Fedex for delivery and I was waiting for delivery.

I didn't receive any information from seller.

Please, I asked to help.

Additions, I received information from Fedex that seller didnt write avalid mobile number and seller asked to return the shipment to him.ORDER.jpg.

Read message number 2 that was given to you in response to your problem. Do that.

This is a message board. We are not eBay. Follow the instructions given to you here to help you deal with an item not received.

We cannot give you a refund.

There have been many attempts to deliver the package to you and the business was closed or you weren't there. At least three times. It's  probably been sent back by now because FedEx or no other carrier will attempt multiple deliveries. You need to call FedEx and go get the package or set up a time where you will be there to sign for the package if it hasn't been returned to the seller.

This is for an item from April 2022.  Sorry but you no longer have any buyer protection.  It's been 7 months.  You lost your money. I hope that they were not expensive shoes.

According to "Eden," your item was returned to the seller/sender.

Buyer is in Israel 4th Oct - date format dd/mm/yy 😊
