Hello.
I just received my money back from the seller for the request that I made yesterday.

my issue is that I cannot find a printing the label....

Like, in the Dropdown menu/ “returning details”

it’s supposed to be a label that needs to generate right and I need to print it out and attach this to the package? It supposes to be says “choose a print label” , so I can't see it???? I'm confused, because not on my phone and not on my computer I do not see it. ( label )

I understood that label is simply did not generate. I got the refund $ but I think maybe the seller did not create it?

Please help

if you can still do so ask the seller if they sent one...

When you @donsdetour get a refund before returning the item, the seller doesn't want the item back, and any return label is no longer available. You can do as you wish with the item.

But if the seller @tatpolet_0 made a mistake and still wants the item back, they will have to send you their own prepaid label for the return.
