Return Case

Hello Community members,

 

So i’m having a case which is opened up on my store, this buyer opened a return case on the day that i shipped the item now what should i do ? should i ask ebay to step in ?

Explain to the buyer that you shipped the item and since you have updated the tracking number it is too late to cancel the order. If the buyer resists to do so, you can ask eBay to step in.  Be polite to the buyer in all times.

Accept it, then it'll be up to the buyer to get it and ship it back, before they get a refund.

Since you don't accept returns but the buyer was able to open a return request, they selected a non-remorse reason to open the case and you must pay return shipping.

 

Unfortunately @store_illuminate 

1.  It's too soon to ask eBay to step in. You must wait at least 3 business days before before the option appears.

2.  You are drop shipping from China, so you cannot issue a return label.

 

So your only option is to refund, whether voluntarily, or forced when eBay steps in to require the return shipping label which you cannot issue.

So after 3 business days will ebay be able to help if i ask them to step in?
