I began a return request and then canceled it halfway through making the request because I chose the wrong reason for returning. Now it says my return request is canceled and it will not allow me to make a new one. how can I return this item?
I'm so sorry but there is only one opportunity for a buyer to open a return case on this platform. There is no way to re-start a canceled return. You can reach out to the seller and try to work out a return directly with them. If you paid via PayPal then you can open a return case using that platform. Best of luck to you....
