maybe your buyer said to themselves "I do nt have to take a partial refund and want the entire refund back"
there is not much you can do about buyers who change there minds abut a deal you thought was going to happen with a refund
the thing is..buyers do not ever have to take suggestions from sellers about how to handle a sale that went bad.
maybe the buyer is just using the tools that ebay gave to them.
