Refund

I ordered a pair of water shoes from Panda-Market. I ordered a size 6 and they sent me a size 9. I emailed them immediately and started a refund. The total amount that I paid was $12.93. The shoes were $7.99 and the remainder was shipping. I received a notice today that they did not refund the shipping and charged me an additional $3.95 to ship them back. The notice that I received from them today was that my refund would be $4.30. This is not right. It is not my fault that they sent the wrong size shoe. I have been a good Ebay customer for several years. I demand that my money be refunded to me in FULL!

If you opened an item not as described case with eBay within 30 days of receipt, were sent a return label, or sent the funds for return shipping, and returned the shoes, you should have been refunded in full.  

What reason did you give for requesting a return when you opened the NAD case with eBay?

You should read the eBay MBG (Money Back Guarantee) to understand how you are covered. It sounds like you picked the wrong reason (eBay return claim) to return the item as @soh.maryl has suggested. (should of selected INAD)

You can click this link, (eBay MBG) to educate yourself on properly selecting a reason for returning an item that is not as described.

When you filed the return @lutoo7 you should have selected either "wrong item sent" or "doesn't match description or photos" to indicate the seller is the one that sent an item different from what you ordered. eBay would have required the seller cover ship costs.

Instead you selected "doesn't fit" which means the seller sent the correct item, it just didn't fit, therefore it's considered buyer's remorse and buyer is responsible for shipping (depending on seller's return policy).

This is a public peer forum, not eBay customer service. I'm not sure who you are making your refund demands to, but nobody here can do anything to influence your transaction.

Did you select Doesn't Fit as your return reason?

If so that is considered a remorse return and you have to pay shipping.

You should have chose not as described or wrong item
