I sent the item back on June 18th. It's July 5th today. I haven't received my money back yet. The seller doesn't confirm that he received it because he doesn't want to refund it.

Did you actually open up an official eBay return case before returning the item, or did you just return the item before actually opening an official eBay return case?

If you did not actually open an official eBay return case, and just returned the item on your own, eBay will not be able to help you, as eBay will have no record of the return, and your seller may be dishonest and decide not to refund you.

Please provide more information.
