If
- you're going through a difficult return request,
- the seller hasn't voluntarily refunded,
- and now no long responds
don't try to contact the seller again. Just leave a private message here for eBay on Facebook, or open a throwaway Facebook account, and ask eBay to escalate your return, to get your refund.
