Refund/return NOT Closed

2 weeks after buyer received item, stated he wasn't happy and wanted a refund/return item. First time using this feature, I accepted a return and issued a refund. Not realizing the refund was instant. The issue was marked as closed. The buyer claims he can't print off the shipping label that was sent and mow wants me to reimburse him on shipping. He now won't ship the item until it "clears". This has been a nightmare. The item is worth approximately $700. Now he is bidding and winning another item. I told him I won't ship it until I get the return. He doesn't agree with that. How can I get help with this? The return is marked closed but it is certainly not!

Re: Refund/return NOT Closed

I understand completely where you're coming from. It was my fault tor the immediate refund. However I'm thinking he probably wouldn't have accepted returning unless he was refunded first anyways. We don't know for sure though. At this point it's just doing what's right. I mean I already refunded him the entire $708.28. So that's pretty trusting if you ask me. He has his money and shipping is only about $33. I just can't risk sending him another item AND include more money with it because then if he doesn't return it, I'm out $741.28. He basically paid for 1 and got the first item for free. It's a simple solution. We're both strangers but one of us has actually returned their money. The other hasn't made an effort yet on his part. I'll close this post next week to see what happens. Probably just take the loss.

Well here's the last correspondence folks. Doesn't look good.
