Refund requested, do I lose transaction fee?

My buyer is requesting a return because they Ordered by mistake.   Will I still be "out" the transaction fee for this item?

all listings have a 30 cents transaction fee that you will not get back

when you make a refund for a return you get all of your FVF returned

when you make a partial refund, ebay also includes the partial FVF and taxes right to the penny

the 30 cents is never refunded
