I sell small inexpensive stuff .One item was a pair of size 32 waist wrangler carpenter shorts then a few days later I get this return requested notification and the gal that bought the shorts says they don't quite fit the way she wanted them too and that it doesn't feel like a size 32 waist .in the listing I provided 3 photos and one of them is a picture of the inside tag which indicates thst they are size 32 waist .I feel this person is trying to get a free item because she probably knows that most people will not want to go through the return process and will just let the buyer keep the item and issue a refund .I don't feel like giving a refund is appropriate all my items are what you see is what you get . And it is clearly stated near checkout that ido not accept returns . What do so e of you think ?

If the return reason is "does not fit" she gets charged for return shipping, and has like 3 weeks to send the item back, and you get to issue a refund once the item is returned. do not refund till you have then item back!

You might not accept returns, but that doesn't mean no refunds.
The item could be not true to size. The amount of Amazon returns I've done because the clothes don't fit as stated by tags. A lot.
Anyways, If she submits a return request doesn't fit, you can deny it because it's buyer remorse.
But if she does a non buyer remorse reason like item not described. Ebay will refund for you, and give your account a defect.

Did you measure the waist and not just rely on the tag @liktup9992012 ?
Even with brand new clothing, actual measurements can vary from the tag. With preowned clothing, dryer shrinkage, fabric stretching and all that stuff, measurements can vary even more.
