Refund request

 so it's been 3 days since my item was delivered back to the seller for selling me a broken product.  When do I get my refund,??

I am confused by contradicting information provided.

You posted on 08-25-2021 stating item was delivered 3 days back to seller making it 08-22-2021 (Sunday) and if you meant excluding weekend then Friday 08-20-2021.

You have attached eBay's case showing " You asked eBay to step in on  Aug 19 (Thursday) which is before seller received the item back and this case shows status " This return is closed".

You have not advised outcome of case that was escalated.

If case was closed without a refund to you because item had not been delivered back to seller then you need to message seller asking for a refund but understand that eBay and manage payments will NOT allow seller to issue a refund through the order for at least 10 working days from date that case was closed.

eBay expects sellers to issue a refund within 2 working days of receiving the item back and if this does not happen then buyers can ask eBay to step in and this in almost all cases will result in a refund being issued.

The seller should issue your refund within six business days  after the return item  shows  "delivered" in the tracking info.
