Refund on a return from National Rarities

I returned 4 gold coins to seller National Rarities and the seller relisted those coins again for sale on 2/07/2025 but after  over a month I still can't get a response from seller on where is my refund. They will not message me back nor has refunded my money. I've contacted Ebay 4 times about this and keep getting the run around from Ebay. Ebay has told me 2 times I would have my refund and yet from them still no refund. They won't transfer me to a supervisor that speaks good English to find out what's the problem with my refund after I've been told I would be refunded by Ebay's guarantee. What guarantee when Ebay gives the run around? Some guarantee!

1.) Did you open an 'official' return?

2.) Did you use the shipping label given if you did?

3.) Does tracking show it's been delivered and did you write down that tracking number to check?

4.) Did you return to the 'return case' 2 days after tracking shows it was delivered back to the seller and click 'ESCALATE TO EBAY'??

If you did NOT do #1, #2 and #3 above and just 'shipped it back'...you are out of money and luck.

What is the date you can escalate the return?
