I recently purchased a guitar body.
Seller sent the wrong item to me.
I returned the item and have USPS proof of delivery back to seller.
Several days later and no refund.
Automated assistant is useless for any question I have about this.
Ebay has shut down? ? the ability to contact a human being (agent)
to answer questions about this issue.
Question:
What is going on with my refund?
No word from seller (none expected at this point) at all.
Is this going to be common place for resolution(s) going forward????

Did you file an item not as described case and submit the tracking # to prove delivery?

yes I went thru all the process, returned the item, provided all the required info, proof.. etc.. but Im still waiting to see my
money returned to me.
