I do not accept refunds. I do make exceptions when warranted. If a buyer selects does not meet description or photos and puts it comments, the person they bought it for doesn't like it, is that an automatic return I have to process? Also they get to keep it?
I did reply that if I accept it that it would cost more for them to ship then the cost of the item. I haven't heard back, its still pending for my reply. I did reply. Not sure what is best to do.
The description and photo's do match. Its brand new, overstock that I buy wholesale to resell much cheaper than the store. I use the store's photo and description, so it is exactly the item. I've sold a few already with no issues.
Will Ebay view my comments and item and see the buyer just changed their mind and close the request or because they selected the doesnt match, they automatically with debit me fully and I lose the item as well?

Yes the buyer will win the case get their refund and a excellent chance that buyer will get to keep the item
Accept returns if you want your item back
You will not win an' item not as described 'you will have to refund buyer

No, they don't care about that, all they care about is the buyer said it doesn't match the description.
If you want the item returned before refunding, accept the return and provide a return shipping label.

Didn't get past the first sentence. Why would anyone not accept refunds...?

Buyer put reason as NAD so you MUST do one of the following:

Accept returns if you want your item back

Thanks! That's what I did. Maybe I'll get lucky and they won't mail it back in time. lol. It just sucks people are so dishonest. That's OK, I always do the right thing.

Same thing happened to me. Buyer sent an ebay message stating she didn't like the item. On the return request she claims item isn't authentic. Buyers get away with anything and the seller has to pay for them to do it, or it seems like we do anyway.
Accepting the return isn't as bad as having to pay for them to return it. Ebay needs to change that for when the buyer gives 2 different reasons, one being a remorse buy. IMHO when one reason is a remorse buy, it's the ONLY reason. The other is made up to get out of paying to return.

I so agree with you!!!

uh, NO, not exactly...There is a difference between no returns and no refunds> You DO NOT Accept RETURNS...BUT as any seller should know, NO Returns DOES NOT mean NO Refunds!
Sellers always must be fully aware that they can and will be forced to give Refunds as needed and/or required...

You refunded BEFORE you received the item returned back to you?
Why?

I forgot to mention the kicker to this. She ordered 2 of the item but only wants to return 1.
I guess I should be grateful for that but I think this is more proof this is a remorse buy.

lol...you gotta love it!
There is an option to report abusive buyers which this falls under. But for us as a seller who wants a ding. It would be great if Ebay would track the report on the buyer to see that that's what they do.

Maybe all they really want is an apology?
