Received empty shipments

Dear Sir
I am writing to address the recent issues I have encountered with my purchase from seller. Unfortunately, I have experienced several problems that have left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.

Firstly, I would like to mention that I bought multiple items from his store, and they were shipped to me in four separate shipments. However, there was a significant delay in the delivery of these shipments. Furthermore, to my surprise, when the shipments finally arrived, they were not delivered by the original carrier, DPEX, as seller had initially arranged. Instead, they were delivered through Flash Express. Moreover, upon receiving the packages, I noticed that all of them had been tampered with and was completely empty. There were clear signs of the package having been opened before it reached me.

Naturally, I promptly contacted seller to explain the situation and seek a resolution. Regrettably, his response did not align with my expectations. Initially, he insisted that I send back the items that I had never received in the first place. Additionally, he requested that I close the return case, promising a refund once he received the item back. I must emphasize that this arrangement is unacceptable and places an undue burden on me as the buyer.

Subsequently, he initiated the return process, and I received a message from the system indicating that a return label is preparing to be issued. However, the following day, I received another system message stating that the return label could not be created. It was at this point that seller informed me that he were unable to generate the return label and suggested that I reach out to eBay for assistance.

Given the circumstances, I must express my extreme frustration with this situation. As a customer, I believe it is sellers responsibility to ensure the successful and timely delivery of the items I have purchased. However, not only did I not receive what I ordered, but I also encountered numerous difficulties throughout the refund process . Another problem, is that for one of the items, on which I opened case, I have received automated reply from ebay, saying that case is on hold until may 24, and that they sent email to provide additional details, however email never arrived.

In light of these challenges, I kindly request a full refund for my order. It is only fair that I be reimbursed for the items that were not delivered as promised. I trust that you will understand my position and take the necessary steps to address this matter promptly.

Thank you for your attention to this issue. I look forward to a swift resolution.

Will kindly appreciate response from ebay support team member.

Should I return all packages in 1 shipment? And what if the seller, as sson as receive them, will say that he was expecting all his items back but not empty packages?

No.  Make a return on each separately as you purchased them.

If these were four different transactions from one seller, of course, you need to return all of those empty packages.

Have you read eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers.

Looking forward to a swift resolution means nothing if you, the buyer, fail to do the correct thing to fix the problem--open item not as described cases.

The seller can refuse to refund if you do not return exactly what was received.  In your case, that would be the four empty packages.  Did you discard them?

All empty packages are still with me, including outer packaging from shipment provider.

If this was an international transaction the seller cannot provide you with return labels. He would need to send you funds for the labels thru Paypal. If he does not do that, ask Ebay to step in.

The question is: Should I return all [4 empty] packages in 1 shipment?

Was this a seller from China? They sometimes use a very thin envelop that is easy for the package to become unglued and the item is lost.  ANyway, if they were separate transactions, they are separate transactions. Open an item NOT as described case for each one.  Follow the prompts.

Look in your spam folder to find any emails that ebay might have sent.  Or you look in MY EBAY and click messages.  Here is where you will see every message that ebay sends you.

Do NOT close the case if the seller requests it. Follow the prompts exactly. DO NOT ACCEPT A DUPLICATE ITEM FROM THE SELLER.   They often lie especially a seller from China plus the item might take too long to arrive and you will lose your money.   You want a refund. Period. Nothing else.

The only way to get the refund is to open the an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED CASE!     Remember, you got a package full of air and you did not order this.

Finally, if that seller is in China, please promise us to never buy from there again. The items are garbage, counterfeit, poorly made, may have toxic chemicals, will work a short time, will fall apart, the sizes are different from U.S. sizes,  the material will shrink or bleed, trust me, it's 99% crap.  The video games for Nintendo in China will not work on U.S. Nintendo systems.
