Yesterday I started the process of returning and refunding the order, because they sent me a battery that is NOT the one I requested. The guide that they attached to me for the return is from the North American postal system USPS and I live in Mexico, so I need you to send me a guide that works here. What can I do?
You're not covered @gabrsay_71 when your purchase was first delivered to one address, then resent to you.
The assumption is that something else could have been resent to you. So to get your refund, you'll have to pay for your own return flight back to the seller, which may not be cost-effective. And PayPal is the same, if that's how you paid, where you'll have to pay for the return flight.
But you could ask your card issuer, if that's how you paid, whether they require the merchant to pay for the return flight if you received goods that are defectived or not as described, and file a chargeback if so to get your refund and the merchant pays for the return flight if they want the wrong merchandise back.

Did you use a freight forwarder or was the item shipped straight to you?
