Purchased some seat belts for my son using his email to log in and as a guest with my credit card.

Do not know how to receive a refund for the wrong part or at a minimum get the right part . Need to contact the seller to exhange these useless front seat belts for my 1999 Toyota Tacoma.  I used my sons email address to login as a guest. I have a membership with ebay but forgot the password at his house. Please inform. How do I

send these belts back and get a refund or exchange.

You have to log out of eBay and back in as a guest. Then you can pull up that transaction.

Use the email to request a return. Make sure you do not log into your account.
