Purchase History Not Updated

I am trying to return a defective item and am being told that there is no record of it being purchased. Yet, I have confirmations, ship notices and delivered product for two items purchased this month. Nor can I find that they were never ordered. What is going on?

Hi @bob30338 

 

There are only TWO possibilities:

  • You purchased the item as a 'Guest' ... in which case you need to open the 'return request' from the confirmation email you received when you purchased the item.
  • eBay removed the item because of some policy violation ... in which case you need to phone your credit card company, explain what happened, and ask what you need to do to get refunded.

Could you have bought the items as a guest, not logged into your account?
