Please help with refund

hi so super long story short where I was living I had to leave suddenly cuz the landlord sucks promise me I could keep my mail went back the very next day and was told it got sent back to the sender and he proceeded to do that with many packages now I just got my first refund but it went to a credit card that is no longer valid because it got hacked into I cannot seem to get a hold of eBay to tell them what's going on they want me to click on all this other **bleep** talk to the automated thing I keep hitting agent and it keeps sending me back to square one has anyone else ever had this problem what do I do cuz now I just lost my first refund and it was quite a bit of money somebody told me that if that's the case and the new card is the same bank as the old card it will automatically go on the new card well it didn't I've never heard of that anyway it never has for me so any advice please help me thanks

If you cancelled the card and another was issued, then somebody ^^^ is right. You need to call your credit card.

My thoughts also. That way your old landlord will never see your mail in the first place. 

As for the refund(s), you're going to need to call your credit card company. You will need to make it clear to them that the refund coming back to the old card is not one of the charges that you were disputing when that card was closed out due to fraud.

eBay can not help you as payment processor can and will return to original payment source only.

You must only contact your credit card issuer and they will be able to check / verify that refund has been received and will return this money to your active account only if there was no fraud or misuse of this cancelled credit card.
