I have spent the last two hours trying to complete a form to file for a return for an item that was not as described. This pair of shoes were listed as new, but were obviously used. The problem arose when I attempted to complete the return form and Ebay asks for pictures supporting the issue. No problem, but the form would not accept any of the pictures even after I changed their format from IOS to png. to jpeg to jeg and one other of the options they requested.
Has anyone else had this problem? I finally got ONE picture to go through on another form
