Help.....seller last minute cancelled large ticket item order before it shipped. Cancellation has been pending for 13 calendar days. why is it pending so long ? When will I receive a refund ? I'm worried.

eBay refunds from payments that are Available, Pending, or on Hold. Refunding releases/reverses holds.
You need to ask eBay why the refund is still pending after 13 days. That's much too long.
