Hi guys ! I contact to you about this

Did you file a "Not as Described" claim through eBay? If so, the seller would have had to issue a label for you to return the item and upon his receipt, would have had to issue you a refund. If he did not do so, you could have asked eBay to step in and they would have forced a refund from him.
If you just returned the perfume to the seller without going through eBay's return process, there is nothing you can do as eBay has no record or proof that you sent the item. This is NOT deception; this is the way things have to be done and if you did not follow the proper procedures, that is on you.
I see you have a few items for sale on eBay. If you are going to sell, you absolutely need to familiarize yourself with eBay's Money Back Guarantee and how returns work, both from a buyer's and a seller's prospective. You have your items listed as "no returns" but on eBay, no returns does not mean no refunds and if a "Not as Described" claim is filed by a buyer, the buyer will get a refund; if you fight it or ignore it, eBay will issue the buyer a refund and let them keep the item and you will get a defect for not taking care of your customer.
