I had an item listed with a quantity of 2. Items are very large and buyer purchased both I had listed. Items were too large to ship together, so I shipped them separately. Buyer changed their mind after receiving the items and opened a return. I approved the return and ebay issued 1 return label even though they purchased 2 items and I shipped both items separately.
Buyer was mad because they only have 1 label.
Is there a way the buyer can purchase another label through ebay?
Should they be instructed to purchase their own label and use the same return address?
Any other suggestions for buyer to get another label when buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost?

Buyer can purchase a second label from usps.com from pirateship.com from their local post office, or whatever is convenient for them.
Through eBay they will not be able to generate a 2nd label.

Thanks for the reply!
Glad we are on the same page. That's what I told the buyer and they replied "Thanks for nothing!" I guess you can't win sometimes.
Glad there wasn't something I was overlooking.
Have a wonderful day!
