Hello. So as always with this seller we waited 2-3 months to send items. Now we agreed that items will be send after 22.07. ( chated with him on 11.07). Since then no answer from him. First i ask ebay to try to resolve and that i want items to be send (no refund) . After few days refund was issued. But only for items that wasnt over 30 days from Est. delivery date. He never sent items. Customer service thanks me for put alot off effort to contact seller over month time period but for that reason i lost money. What can i do now? This is unfair and ebay is not helping either. And in this 3 month period i had injury (05.04-12.07 rupture, rehab) so ebay wasnt on my mind so much.

What do you mean...as always with this seller? If a seller did that to me once I wouldn't give them the opportunity to do it again.
What was the estimated date of delivery? If you were supposed to receive it in November,I'm afraid you are out of luck.
eBays Money Back Guarantee is for up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery.
Paypal and credit cards give you up to 180 day to file a charge back.

As ebooksdiva has suggested, contact your bank to discuss/dispute these charges. Some banks will allow longer times for charge backs as well. YMMV
It is important you understand what the Ebay Money Back Guarantee rules/policy is so you can take care of these issues quickly and efficiently. Yes sellers should be more responsible but the onus is on you.

Yes i always pay by paypal. Now i open 5 cases on paypal. I hope all will be good.
