Need updated shipping label

Hi,

I had attempted to return an item bought via the shipping label provided to me from the seller. However, the seller’s apartment unit was not listed on the shipping label, and the item was sent back to me (the buyer).

Can ebay please help provide me a new shipping label?

What does the tracking show within the return case? Is the "ask ebay to step in" option available within the return case?

Check that 1st before trying to return the item again.

The fact it got returned to you has no impact on your refund.

Contact eBay and let them know and they will refund you.

If the seller wants his item back and you want to be nice they can send you a new label via messaging system with the correct address.

No need, @nimika_48 and you have no need to contact the seller.

Early on Tuesday morning next week just after midnight, eBay will automatically issue the refund if the seller has not already.

After that, if the seller still wants the item back, they will send a prepaid label as an attachment, either through eBay messages or directly to your email address.
