I posted a feed back saying sellers needs to be aware of this buyer and for some reason it posted it as a positve! This feedback should of been posted as a negative. He returned an item that was fully described correctly along with pics and he was totally aware of it. He should be blocked from future purchases.

Of course it came up as a positive, because thats all sellers have been allowed to leave buyers for many, many, years. Leaving a negative fb in the positive format will be removed if the buyer reports it, and you will receive a defect to your account because its not allowed. And there is no way to revise it.

First of all…you cannot leave a negative feedback for a buyer. You should have just blocked the buyer and moved on.

Yeppers... feedback left for a buyer will always be positive.

For someone who's been here since March 19,2007, you seem to have skipped some important reading.
It's been at least 15 years since we've been allowed to leave negative feedback for buyers. That's the reason your negative remark posted as a positive. Your buyer should/could get that removed and you'd receive a defect.
BTW, if/when a buyer opens an NAD claim, your best bet is to simply send the prepaid return label and to return when you get the item back. That applies even if you KNOW for sure that his claim is bogus.
Respectfully suggest you go back and do a little more reading of the information for sellers.

Welcome to 2008.
To leave a buyer a negative you need a time machine.
Posting a negative comment in positive feedback is also a no-no
