Need Help

I need help returning something, and I hope I can get a refund for what I payed.

 

It all started when I purchased a UMD game for the PSP, unfortately I was not able to receive it because apparently USPS is holding at a facility that I don't have access to or don't know where to locate it, I tried calling them, no details about my package. Then 15 days later, I guess the shipment expired, because if the package is at the post office for longer than it should be, then they will send it back.

 

So I tried to get a refund but the seller declind, I never even got my item in the first place so without knowing where it is, this is becoming more frustating and I can't stress this enough, neither the seller or ebay customer service can't help me. Even though they say that everything is guarantee a money back/refund this time I'm not getting anything, no item, and no money back.

 

At this point, I don't know what to do. I'm hoping to get some answers from the community where possible.

Because you didnt pick up the item, and it was returned to the seller, you lost your buyer protection here or at Paypal. If you paid by cc, you can try them for a chargeback, good luck.

You are registered in the US.  How could your package be held at a facility you do not have access to?

Is there some information missing here? You will get more helpful answers here if you're able to give us the whole story.

You bought a __________________on _______.  You paid for it.  The estimated delivery date was ______ but you did not receive it.  My exact delivery address is ______________.   I opened an item not received case on ______________, but the seller denied it because _____________________.

I know that. Then again, there was no way for me to pick it up. I'm not making excuses, I looked everywhere and even the status for the order of my item. I appreciate your response.
