I have a customer that purchased a license plate cover but he didn't realize that it wouldn't fit on his motorcycle. He is requesting a return address label. My policy I had set up on that item is to return within 30 days and buyer pays for return shipping. If I print a return address label to send to him I will be paying for the return shipping correct? This is my first return request so I am a little confused on the entire process.

Yes you would be.   If he files a not as described case then your stuck paying the shipping both ways.  If he says it was his error then he would have to pay it's return.

Tell your buyer to return for a refund. 

And next time I would add measurements even though it's listed correctly under the car parts category and not under motorcycle parts.

(Doesn't even look like a motorcycle license plate frame.)
