Missing "return it by date" deadline on eBay

Hello! I bought an unlocked iPhone on ebay, but its not fully functional. I have opened a return case but since im traveling abroad Im afraid I will miss the return date next week. But my deadline for return is december 16.

What should I do. Will i get another return label if I miss this one. Please help!

No, if you miss the return date, you won't get another shipping label.

If they close the case, you can file a claim with your payment provider.

Hold on to that return label (save it a a PDF file, to print now or later). The return label doesn't expire, and your seller will still be billed (at any future postage rates) whenever you use that label.

If you miss the deadline, file a dispute here instead within 180 days. Go back right away to click Escalate to PayPal at the bottom of the dispute. Then when you're instructed to return the item, affix that return label to get your automatic refund when it is delivered back to the seller.

Otherwise @kittyblunt file a Defective or Not as described chargeback with your card issuer (call the number on the back of the card) and use that return label to get your refund after it is returned.
