I have not had any help at all. Item came in an Amazon prime box with labels from amazon. The Seller is from Ebay. The item was the wrong size so I wanted to return it but when I looked at the stickers inside the box it said it was from Amazon. The seller from Ebay sent me a label to return it. Then I tried to redo my cancel and I never got the label cause Ebay said I stopped the return and I wasn't given a return label. Yes, I am as confused as you. I thought I was doing the right thing in cancelling an item from Ebay with Amazon box and stickers. I just want to return the darn thing to the seller and get my refund. Can someone help with this. There are no phone numbers for such a weird problem.

Fortunately, you're done with eBay. There's no path forward to get your refund from eBay now, after you closed the request.
If you go to PayPal @rosebuz you'll have to pay for return shipping, even though it's not you fault.
Unfortunately, unlike eBay with no
- working phone number or
- email or fax or
- customer support website,
your card issuer has all of that, and still answers the phone.
Simply file a chargeback for the wrong size sent, and get your refund. If the seller drop shipping from Amazon wants their item back, they will have to pay for return shipping.

Did the paperwork say to send a thank you for the GIFT?
If so the seller was abusing the dropshipping policy by buying it on Amazon.
If the paperwork didn't say it was a gift then the seller was using Amazon Fulfillment to store, pick, pack and ship the seller's items which is allowed.

If there was a gift receipt, you can report that to Amazon. They don't like members not following their rules.

PayPal now offers free return shipping for not as described disputes but you have to sign up for free returns before you file a dispute.

Thank you for your help, but PayPal went in favor of the seller!! Amazon can't find any numbers I gave them off of the paperwork that came in the Amazon box. Item was order from Ebay. I'm still trying to get Amazon to check into the seller Motaz. From Israel!

Have you tried to contact eBay through their Facebook page, and request an appeal. Is it possible of doing a charge back with a credit card?

Why do you suggest doing a chargeback? The cardholder must make a valid attempt to return it. They did and got a return label but then they cancelled the eBay case which closed the case. Therefore, that's not a valid attempt to return it if you turn around and cancel the eBay case.
Please don't teach buyers how to be a scam artist and stick the seller with no money and no item and having to fork over $20 because the buyer closed a case they shouldn't have closed.

If your talking to me I contacted Amazon , Paypal and Ebay. Amazon said the box came from them for sure. They checked the tracking number. The problem is the stuff on the inside says "A gift for you" so the seller did this. The seller bought from Amazon then used their name as the gift sender. Amazon said if I return the item it won't matter since the seller get the refund money. IT's dishonest. This is a new one for me. Oh, Lucky me. So how do seller sell on Ebay and buy from Amazon to ship to buyer?

thanks this is ongoing since Jan 11,2020. No on from Amazon, Ebay or Paypal knows how to handle this. But Ebay finally entered it as suspect. Paypal won't let me file an appeal because I stopped the return to Ebay when I noticed it was in an Amazon box. I figured I should ask the seller if the order number and shipping return will go to them or Amazon. As I said, very confusing. They said they sent a return label that has shipping charges and a return stock fee. I guess they found another sucker 😞

Ebay knew how to handle it, but you closed the return.
If you hadn't closed the return and used the return shipping label you were sent, this would have been over weeks ago.
Since neither Ebay or Pay Pal will help now, your only option is to go to your payment source and see if you can file a claim. With you closing the return, don't know if your payment source will help either.

Frankly I'm surprised PayPal sided against you. I can see it happening if the seller didn't accept returns and you were trying to make a remorse return.
You can resell it to recoup your money!
