How do I talk to a representative?

Most issues on eBay can be handled without talking with a "representative".

If you made a purchase on eBay, you saw an estimated delivery date in the listing. Has that date passed by at least one day? If so, then you need to open an item not received case and you have 30 days to do so with eBay.

If that's not the problem, how about returning here and giving us details? These Boards are composed of many experienced eBayers, both buyers and sellers, who volunteer their time here to help others if possible.

If you haven't received anything. Go to your purchase history. Find the item and click on item not received.
