On 6-14-23 I purchased this phone, received 6-23. 30 day returns. Booted it up and discovered many claimed features are not as described. One major item is the claimed 8000mah battery which turned out to be 2350mah. On 7-6 I filed a return listing "not as described" as the reason. I received a tracking info and "print label". Same day I sent the seller an email asking for a refund. Seller same tried to offer me a 20% refund. The phone feature descriptions are ridiculously not as described. Same day I rejected the partial refund demanding my money back. Still the same day, the seller asked my to send a video of the issues, which I did. Now, 4 days later, no response from the seller. I'm afraid to print up the label and send it back, apparently on my dime, and the seller can continue to not respond. I thought I could get Ebay involved immediately. I don't see anyway to do this. Should I just send this back? Hopefully I'm just a newb and don't know how this works, not seeing a way to get Ebay involved etc. This was a birthday present for my son and don't have the money to just take the loss and buy something else. Can someone help me with this? Thank you!!

That should be a pre paid label the seller pays for. You have to return it if you want a refund. If you wait too long, the case will close and you lose.

The seller's response sounds like it's a seller located in another country (beginning with C).
If the shipping label came through the return request, you must print it and sent the item back. Once tracking shows delivery, the seller with have 3 days to issue a refund and if you don't receive it, you can go back to the order and ask ebay to step in.
Once you have the return label, there's no need to continue communication with the seller.

BTW, when buying this type of item (or anything for that matter), be sure to check a seller's feedback and see what the complaints were. Had you done that, I think you would have looked for another seller.
Also, though 96% is a great score on a high school or college exam, it's not a good feedback score on ebay.

Thank you very much for responding and confirming what to do! If you don't mind, what is an acceptable feedback score? You are right, I thought 96% was a good score, doh on me.

I don't care what people's feedback scores are since I'm covered by eBay's money back guarantee.
All you do is open a return.
If seller messages you, you respond please provide me shipping label to return. (Nothing else)
If a shipping label is given, you send the item, if not given a label within 3 days of opening a return you ask eBay to step in and help.
If the seller doesn't provide you a label, eBay will let you keep item and get full refund.
If you were provided a shipping label it is your responsibility to return item. If you don't eBay will close return in sellers favor.
