I started refund/return request, as seller was not cooperating. I requested eBay to step in on Feb 23, 2022. It say it will take 48 hours for eBay to solve my issue. But as of today I have not heard either from seller nor eBay has resolved my return/refund issue. Even eBay has not updated any new information on my account.
What should I do?
