So, FedEx destroyed my shipment that I made thru eBay as a seller(item 395152719826). Of course I’ve made full refund for a buyer from my personal bank account thru eBay, because I’ve already got that money to my bank account. After a long dispute FedEx finally approved partial refund (150$ from 260$ I’ve asked for).
But FedEx refunded that amount to eBay, because obviously I purchased shipping label here.
So, now FedEx support told me to ask eBay support about this amount and eBay support told me to ask FedEx send this amount directly to me and they just keep sending me to each other. Maybe there is any chance to get this money or thisbureaucracy not worth it?
