the past year, the only issues I seem to have to deal with are from international buyers through eBay’s program. One from Canada claimed a brand new and sealed item was magically missing a charger and they get refunded, another first time buyer from Saudi Arabia said their shirt was perfect but only after I asked for a positive feedback did the item now magically have stains days later. Another person in the UK said the toaster was the “wrong plug” but after I let her know that was on her, did it now magically have dents.
I don’t have these problems with domestic items anywhere near as much as I do international. Is this how it is for everyone else? I hate generalizing, but this is the truth for my store. I think there needs to be stricter guidelines for international buyers as it’s starting to be off-putting to sell internationally.
