We purchased a PA305 Amp from a seller on Ebay. It doesn't work. I need a refund but since
I purchased as a guest, Ebay says there is no record of my purchase. I entered the Order ID
as well as the Item number. Still no record of my purchase.

So, you have no emails in your email box every saying you made a purchase? Check your emails...not eBay. and that might help. Whenever you make a purchase there is that email(paper) trail.
