Hello,
I'm in the process of the item return. But... Item was ordered in USA.
Then it was sent to Ukraine (via an additional delivery service).
I started return item case (since it arrived in non-working condition, the seller confirmed the return).
Seller created a tracking number for me for USPS, but since I do not live in the USA, how can I (or seller) change the delivery method?
After all, I can send the goods by another service (international, but not USPS).
There is no way to ask now eBay to step in. Or to contact via chat, email etc.
Please help.

If you used a freight forwarder, you have to pay to return the item to the freight forwarder.
The seller is only responsible for return shipping from the address they shipped to.
Using a freight forwarder voids your MBG.

Item sent from USA using a 'freight forward'? to Ukraine.
Return Ukraine 'freight forward' to USA...you pay Ukraine 'freight forward' to a hub in USA.
You have to pay from Ukraine to a shipping hub in USA...so if item didn't cost a lot I would just keep item.

Ordinarily you are no longer egilable for the eBay Money Back Guarantee when an item is reshipped after its original delivery.
But the seller has signaled eBay that you'll get a refund when you return the non-working item. Possibly hoping to thwart your return with a free USPS label ... so you should thwart back with a self-paid return label.
Leave a private message here for eBay, to update your return tracking number, to get your refund within 2 business days after its return. Otherwise, contact eBay again to force your refund.

Will that work...maybe...I don't know.
Have to remember there is a block of selling anything to Ukraine from the USA.
USA sellers have a block of selling to Ukraine just like Russia and other countries.

As another posted, that's how the process works.
Seller pays for return shipping from where it was sent.

Thank you for the awnswers.
Of course I will pay for the delivery of non-working goods to the seller.
I was only interested in the question - how to change the track number and the delivery system itself...
Initially, I ordered it to my address in the USA (apartment), then I took it to Ukraine using international delivery.

If you want to pay the return shipping all the way, you'll probably have to contact CS to update the tracking number.
