Do you mean you want to cancel two items you purchased? If so, you have to ask the seller. They don't have to but often will.  Or do you mean two cases you filed?  In that case, first be sure your happy with the transactions.  You can NOT reopen a case once you close it.

You need to explain a bit better for more help as I'm not sure what you mean.

Your the buyer.   You have to contact your seller for that.  Only they can do that.
