I want a quick refund

Hello.

I couldn't use the return label and now I'm in Korea, so I paid for the return shipping and sent the return to the address on the return label. But the address that eBay told me if the seller cheated on me was wrong, so the item is currently at the post office. Even though I informed the seller that the sandals have arrived at the post office, the seller is not even going to pick them up.

So when I asked the seller what the correct address was on eBay message, he sent me a completely different address.

I can no longer trust this seller.
I've definitely completed the return delivery, and the seller's false behavior is hurting me in many ways.
Selling fake goods itself was devastating to me.
I ask for a quick refund.

You won't get a refund. eBay rules are if you pay for return shipping yourself, you're responsible if something goes wrong. When you use the eBay return label, you will still get a refund even for a fake return address or it's undeliverable.

It's likely that you won't get a refund either at PayPal however you paid, as you'll get the same fake return address. But you can file a CREDIT NOT PROCESSED chargeback with your card issuer @rachel071226 explain the fake return address, and get your refund.

Why Would a Customer File a Chargeback With Reason Code “Credit Not Processed?”
“Credit Not Processed” chargebacks are filed by customers who have returned their purchase but did not receive a refund from the merchant.

Like nenu-5410 mentioned: you can do a debit or credit card dispute online with your banking institution.

Banks will do a one courtesy dispute on a monthly cycle. As long as you don't have any other disputes on the same card you used. This is as a last resort. There are usually no quick refunds these days. The bank will probably take 2 weeks for the refund. Good luck.
