I there. I sent an item to a customer and just found out that I sent the wrong item. How do I initiate sending the replacement and then send a return label to get that one back? Thanks

The buyer can file a return request and you refund after getting the item back - and they can place a new order for the correct item.
Or you can buy a return label from pirateship.com and send it to the buyer and after they return, then you send out the replacement.
The first option is done through the system and extends buyer/seller protections. The second option is done outside the system through eBay messages and only works if both parties are cooperative and honest.

Have the buyer file an item not as described case. Then you issue a paid return label. They will have to repurchase the item. There are other ways however, this is the eBay correct way and avoids problems.
Do keep in mind there is no way to make them return it. Buyers can file a case when they receive the wrong item but, there is no such thing for a seller. There is no I sent the wrong item and want it back case.
