I need to return a defective item, but they keep asking me for a picture which I cannot do

it is a security camera the seller sent me a video that was supposed to show me how to set up this absolutely useless camera, it did not help me at all, but now I cannot start the return because eBay wants me to add a picture of the camera.

Just click @reggieytwo on the Add photos on the request page. If you don't have a photo, right-click or long-press on the photo in the security camera listing, save that photo, and upload that photo.

You need to learn how to do this, since someday you'll need to upload a video from the security camera?

@reggieytwo  Is the camera "useless" because you cant set it up?

If you cant upload a photo maybe its not that the Security Camera purchased is not usable.

Are you filing a Not as Described OR as a remorse return?

This honestly sounds like a remorse return because you are having issues with the installation.

I dont think you need a photo for a remorse return.

You could hover over one of the listing's photos, Right-click and Save, then upload it. You don't need to take  a photo.
