you will need to file a claim for a return you do not get a actual slip but you will get a return label if you are eligible for one depending on the  reason you are returning your item

I purchased a shower door from eBay for my sister’s birthday, but she didn’t like it the item hasn’t been opened yet and it’s fully intact, but I need you to send me a return slip

@ludel9310 you are NOT talking to the Seller- which is what you need to do. You are posting on a public Forum made up of 'other members' of this site (ebay). 

You need to find that purchase in your 'my ebay' under 'purchases', click the blue box (return) and follow prompts.
