I have a case with being unsolved

I have a case eBay has not resolved (case 5297753686  onkyo m508 power amplifier 

the buyer sent me back in it was not the item I sold but a sandbag and piercing , (I still have the proof ) I have asked eBay to solve this case many times and they also promised to Solved it for me but so far I still don't see it Solved ? incident Happened more than a month without seeing eBay deliver on its promises? I have not been compensated

eBay might give you a voucher for shipping.

eBay usually says bad buyers happen, to suck it up.

eBay can't  tell what the buyer returned. Your word and pictures aren't proof.
