I check my return status I see u close the case item was delivered to seller on 20/23/21

Did you @atta1963-2007 use the eBay return label to send the item back,

then eBay kept reminding you to enter the tracking number,

but eBay would not recognize that number?

And now tracking shows it's delivered back,

but the seller took advantage that eBay doesn't show it's been delivered back,

because eBay would not recognize that number so the seller didn't refund and eBay closed the case?

We might assume the OP meant 10/23/21, the 2 in 20 was next to the 1...
